  1. How can I find out when my subscription expires?

    The expiry date is printed on the label of each magazine you receive. Please be aware that this expiry date may or may not indicate paid subscriptions. Once a renewal order has been placed, the expiry date on the label of the magazine will be extended. For further details please contact us at the details given below.

  2. How can I get a replacement for missing issues?

    If it is after the 10th of the month and you still haven’t received the current issue then please contact us at the details given below.

  4. How can I place an order/ subscribe?

    You may place an order for your own subscription by clicking on the ‘Subscribe’ tab on the website and following the steps to subscribe for a print or digital version. You can also fill in the form in the magazine and send it to the postal address indicated below.

  5. How can I renew my subscription?

    Most customers receive renewal notices before their current subscriptions are due to expire. If you do not receive a notice, you may follow any of the steps listed in how to place an order. Please indicate your Subscription Code so that we can rectify the same at our end.

  6. I am receiving duplicate issues of the magazine.

    There are either two accounts in your name or duplicate entries have been made. For assistance please contact us at the details below. Do keep you subscription code handy so that we can help you better.

  7. I ordered a subscription, but did not receive any issues?

    It takes two to four weeks after an order has been placed for subscription to begin. If more than a month has passed, please contact us at the details below.

  8. When will I get the free gifts offered with my subscription?

    Please allow us 4 weeks for processing your order after which your gift will be sent to you. If 6 weeks has elapsed please do contact us at the details below.

  9. When will I receive my issue of the current month?

    The copies are normally dispatched from the 28th to the 2nd of the month. We request you to wait till the 10th. If you still have not received it then please contact us at the details below.
