First issue of subscribed magazine for domestic orders (within India) will be dispatched within 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment. Subsequently the magazine will be sent regularly on a monthly basis. The magazine will be delivered by Ordinary Post, Registered post and Courier subject to payment of additional charges. Most orders are delivered within 8 - 10 days in case of ordinary post and within 4 – 5 days in case of registered post from the date of dispatch. The delivery of the shipment is subject to post office norms. HSAC is not liable for any delay in delivery by postal authorities.

For international subscribers (outside India), orders are shipped through India Post only. International orders will take longer than domestic orders, due to Indian postal laws and miscellaneous delays. Most orders are delivered within 15 - 20 days from the date of dispatch.

For orders sent outside of India, duty fees and duty costs can be applied by the country of destination. Import duties and taxes are applied by the respective import customs office and are billed to the receiver. These are dependent on the import regulations of the receiver’s country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. The majority of our orders are not affected by Import Taxes, but we must outline that this can be a possibility.

If you wish to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place them as different orders.
